      Hi Sathish,

      Please provide your wife enrollment id which is enrolled earlier,

      it was rejected because one person can enroll only once, if anyone enroll more than one time, it can easily detect and reject.

      some special conditions any one can re-enroll if UIDAI people ask to re-enroll. Otherwise it is not possible to re-enroll.

      I have just verified the enrollment id which you provided.
      but still same status.
      Latest Status for above enrollment id: EID provided by you is still not available with us. Please check back after few days.

      My suggestion is visit the aadhaar enrollment center where your wife has enrolled. around 2 years your wife has enrolled. by this time she has to get e-aadhaar card. just visit aadhaar center and explain , surely they will help you to get e-aadhaar quickly.

      For corrections in details: you can do it through online, for that you need to have enrolment id, date and time. while changing the name you have to provide relevant evidence. Let us know if you want any help while updating details in aadhaar card.

    I was an resident of Kurla and hence had enrolled as per my Kurla details now I have shifted my residence from Kurla to Dadar and my aadhar
    details were provided as per my Kurla address. Now as per the net track the letter has been delivered at Kurla and I have not recd. the same
    till date even after making enquiries at my Kurla neighbourhood several times. My enrollment no is 1190/12534/00342 and date is 21/11/2011 at 15:54:38.

      call the UIDAI’s contact center at 1800 300 1947 request for EID or send email help@uidai.gov.into

      Resident will need to provide certain demographic details provided at the time of enrolment like Name, Address, DoB, Gender, Mobile, Email, Relationship details so that the
      Contact Center can ascertain the EID of the resident.

      Please visit aadhaar enrollment center where you have enrolled and explain the problem. Just give the approximate date on you enrolled. surely they will help you with enrollment print receipt.

      The provided UIDAI call center toll free number is working, just try after sometime, this number is working for many people who lost their EID or UID. This is only contact number for getting more information/details about aadhaar card or aadhaar enrolment id, please visit enrolment center where you have enrolled and explain your problem. you may need to provide the day which you enrolled. Have you remembered the date? surely you will get solution. let us know if any problems occured.

      Dont worry about hard copy of Aadhaar Card from postal department, because there is some delaying in dispatch. Have you downloaded e-aadhaar card from resident portal. If you already downloaded e-aadhaar card, you can use it for all purposes.

    My wife enrolled in Jan 2013. Got her softcopy of Aadhaar card from UIDAI website. However the hardcopy is yet to be received. The status shows like it is dispatched on 26th May 2013. (however not received by us till now).

    All others in the family have done the enrollment at the same place (one day earlier) and got our hard copies.

    I also called the Aadhaar helpline(tollfree no) and got the consignment number of the delivery(first class frank article) today. Not sure whether it is going to be useful when I track it with my post man/master. Any suggestions on how to proceed to get the hardcopy?

    Is there any procedure to get it resend by uidai?

    Appreciate if you can help us here. Thanks.

      If you already got e-aadhaar letter from the internet, dont worry about hard copy of aadhaar card. you can use e-aadhaar card for all purposes to get govt benefits. it will take time to get hard copy of aadhaar card.

    HI,
    I applied for the card on 15th june 2013, but have not got the card till date. The resident website shows "Technical problems encountered.Please try later". Sent the sms as you suggested above, but again got the resonse as "Technical problems encountered. Please try later"
    Went to the enrolement centre but the centre head suggests that re-enrolling will cause problems and none of the adhaar card will be generated.

      This technical errors are occurring in few enrolment centers only, due to capturing finger impressions and eye impressions incorrectly. Better visit any other enrolment enrolment center with your enrolment receipt and ask them to verify your details. They have admin level privileges to verify all the data captured from you. if possible provide your name displayed on enrolment receipt, mobile number, address and pin code. we will try to solve your issue.

      Details of Enrolment Ids 1 and 3 are problem with capturing details with bio-metric devices. The data is not properly loaded. Please visit any enrolent center and try to provide finger prints and other details. Surely you will get aadhaar once you corrected the data at enrolment center.

      Dont worry about hard copy of aadhaar card. Because hard copy of aadhaar will be delivered by india posts department not through private couriers. for delivering more than 40 crores of people it will take time. it might stuck.     how can I get e-aadhar card ? Please suggest.

    My daughter's enrolment number is 2001/11430/06467 03/07/2013 11:55:07 From checking the status it is shown that adhaar is generated and dispatched but not received.at the time of enrolment we did not give any phone number so I can't download adhaar.
